Dear Amazon Team, We are selling a customized Wooden pen stand on Amazon, where each unit is permanently engraved/printed as per the buyer’s request. Since the product is personalized, it cannot be reused or resold to any other customer. Quantity: 1 unit. In such cases, when the order is returned, the product results in a total loss because it holds no resale value due to customization. Therefore, we respectfully request reimbursement of the product cost for such returned customized orders under Amazon’s policy for customized or non-resellable items.
